Lola Bean Constantino is a multi-media filmmaker, animator, and composer.

Her passion for storytelling goes back to when she was a mischievous six-year-old drawing comics on the family furniture—much to the her parents’ dismay.  Coming from a multi-racial family, Lola has always been interested in identity and the importance of diverse representation. She believes there is great power in shifting between various perspectives.

Lola uses animation and music composition to both visualize and sonically reimagine complicated emotions and memories in her films. Interested in collage and its ability to collapse time and experience, her storytelling is rooted in many mediums which work together to represent a multidimensional reality.

Lola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Art and Electronic Music from Princeton University.
